DESCRIPTION

Spring thickness : 40mm, width : 108mm, length : 306mm.
Closing strength size 3 (25Nm).
Back check option from 85° (standard feature).
Exhaust valve in case of wrong operation.
Door closed when opened at about 130°.
Oil-cooled mechanism. Thermostatic.
Large adjustment range :
Height adjustment : 4mm
Lateral adjustment : 10mm
L ongitudinal adjustment : 6mm
Stainless steel covering plate.

GUARANTEE

860 series floor springs are guaranteed for 3 years from date of manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee is void if the product has been incorrectly installed or damaged in use. Claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will not be accepted.

SPEED ADJUSTMENT

860 series floor spring has 2 independent valves :
- D valve : closing speed adjustable from 130° to 15°
- E valve : latching speed adjustable from 15° to 0°
slower : clockwise
faster : counterclockwise
Adjustment
INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE SPRING

Seal the casing box in a perfectly cleaned floor taking into consideration that it must exceed the theoretical level of the floor sufficiently.
Adjustment of the casing box when sealing the body :
- By longitudinal and lateral adjustment screw (B and F screws)
- By height adjustment screw (A screw).
